EXPERIENCE :
Shri Dubey has handled various projects as a mechanical engineer & resident engineer for a couple of years in private companies. Shri Dubey joined National Productivity Council in 1985. He has spent more than two decades in various departments & offices of NPC located through out the country. Worked as Assistant Director (Industrial Engg.) in Patna RD, NPC till 1992, worked as Dy. Director In charge of TUWP (HRD Division) of NPC HQ at national level.till 2004, working as Sr.Dy.Director (PM Div) of NPC HQ. He has worked as advisor & consultant-cum-trainer for various consultancy/development projects in the field of Industrial Engg. Man Power Planning & Rationalisation, Restructuring, Attitudinal change,O.D., Incentive Scheme, Improving System, Work Culture, Training Technology, HRD intervention for Productivity & Quality Culture, Participative Management, IR & HR, QC,TQM, ISO-9000 etc. He has contributed papers & organized various seminars, symposiums, workshops at national & international level in the field of HRD, IE & Management.

Shri Dubey has written a book “LABOUR & MANAGEMENT ALONGWITH PRODUCTIVITY- UTPADAKTA KE SANG SHRAMIK AUR PRABANDH "in Hindi released by Hon’ble President of India Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma in the Rashtrapati Bhawan on 26th April, 1995. A drama “DO HATH” based on this book was staged in Delhi. The drama has been telecast many times by SITI cable/ZEE TV. He has authored the 2nd book in series “LABOUR & MANAGEMENT ALONGWITH QUALITY-GUNWATTA KE SANG SHRAMIK AUR PRABANDH” released by Hon’ble Minister of Labour, Govt. of India, Dr. Satya Narayan Jatia on 25th Oct. 1998. "SAF SAFAI AOM RAKH RAKHAV SE UTPADAKTA, GUNWATTA,MANAWATA(PRODUCTIVITY, QUALITY, HUMANITY THROUGH HOUSE KEEPING, 7-Ps) "book in Hindi published in 2003 by HMS & sponsored by ILO.
All India Radio has broadcast interview of Shri Dubey & also Doordarshan has talecast his poetry recitation. Various papers, articles, stories and poetry on Productivity, Quality, Labour, Human & Industrial relations have been published in leading national news papers, magazines & other professional journals like Economic Times, Financial Express, Business World, Front Line, Productivity, Manpower Journal, Excellence in Supervision and various others. Shri Dubey has unique literary taste along with engineering skills. His collection of poetry in Hindi "HUM NAHI JANTE-WE DONOT KNOW" was released by the Hon’ble Speaker of Lok Sabha Shri P.A.Sangama on 13th July, 1996. Collection of Poetry “APKA HAI KYA-WHAT'S YOURS” published in 2001 “WOH KAHATI RAHI-SHE KEPT ON TELLING”, Novel in Hindi published in 1999. “AANKHIN DEKHI-SEEN FROM THE EYES” a Hindi story book published in 2004.
Because of the above creative contribution in the field of Productivity, Quality, Humanity, Social & Human Relations Shri Dubey’s brief has been included in “WHO’S WHO OF INDIAN WRITERS” by Sahitya Academy, Govt. of India. The above books on Productivity & Quality have been highly appreciated and distributed among all Centres of CBWE, Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India at national level. The above first two books have been included in the list of standard books by Deptt. of Official Languages, Govt. of India.
